Adjudication is the procedure for resolving disputes without resorting to lengthy and expensive court action and it is the predominant means of resolving disputes in architecture and the construction industry. It allows projects to be completed without wasting time and costs in litigation and is prescribed by statute as a default means of resolving dispute whenever a construction contract is in place. This one hour session will equip you with the knowledge you need to understand the process of adjudication and keep your projects moving smoothly.
