Getting Planning Approval:The Reform, the response, the reality

10.30am-12.30pm on 14 April 2016

For anyone working in the development industry, whether as a client, consultant or interested party, a sound working knowledge of the new planning system is essential as we feel our way through the new planning application process post transfer of powers to local Councils. ‘Getting Planning Approval’ has been designed to provide an aide memoire for professionals which condenses the need to know information and reflects on the past 12 months.

Seminar Content

·         Responsibilities of Local Planning Authorities and local Councillors

·         Key process changes to be aware of when submitting a planning application

·         Planning policy today and tomorrow
