Date: 28 April 2018
The Ministerial Advisory Group (MAG) for Architecture & Built Environment is holding the latest of its “Talking Places” series of short lunchtime seminars later this month, on Thursday 26th April, at the Bishops Gate Hotel in Derry ~ Londonderry.
Our guest speakers, Helen Quigley and Paul Mullan, will explore how we can use our built heritage to attract investment into our towns and cities.
Helen Quigley is Chief Executive Officer of Inner City Trust Group, a charitable group whose mission is to positively and significantly contribute to the physical, social and economic regeneration of the City of Derry/Londonderry.
Paul Mullan is the Head of the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) in Northern Ireland. Since 1994 the HLF has awarded £7.2b, £220m in Northern Ireland, to a wide range of heritage from buildings and museums to landscapes. Awarding funds from the national lottery HLF puts communities at the heart of everything that it does.
