The Final Furlough Furlong: employment is changing – are you ready?

As spread of COVID-19 appears to be slowing, bringing with it the prospect of more people returning to work in what’s being described as the “new normal’.  The past few months have been difficult, staff have been placed on furlough, business activities disrupted and offices are being looked at through a COVID prism.

RSUA has organised this hour-long seminar with an expert in employment law to help architects and practices navigate this complex area of rights and responsibilities.  Whether employee or employer, the world of employment looks different now than six short months ago and this session will equip you with the skills and knowledge to get through it.

Course content

This seminar will cover the following topics:

  • Furlough
  • Ending furlough
  • Changing terms and conditions
  • Re-organisation and redundancy
  • Health and Safety at work
