Think Marketing

Some professional services take marketing seriously. Some don’t.

Some understand what good marketing’s all about. Others can’t get to grips with it.

This seminar is designed to get architects thinking about marketing and the marketing issues that matter for their practices.

It covers marketing basics, looks at the strengths and weaknesses of different marketing methods, looks at branding, invites input from participants and looks at the marketing methods and issues that may be most relevant to architects.

After working for the Belfast Telegraph as a market researcher, he held senior marketing positions in the construction and media sectors.

Before forming Clear Direction in 2002, he was Marketing Manager at the Irish News, where he played a key role in transforming an underperforming business into a highly successful regional newspaper.  This included increasing sales of the Irish News by 27% in a market that declined by 25%, changing the readership profile of the newspaper and putting the company in a position to take a much larger share of the advertising market.
