Return of the downward facing dog

After the success of the first RSUA’s Architect’s Yoga Online which saw around 30 attendees and some great feedback, it returns with a second session to help you unwind from life’s travails and stresses. This class can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

When and where?

The class will take place from 8pm until 9pm on Thursday 22 April and will be hosted online via Zoom.

Attendance is free for all RSUA members.

Who can attend?

This yoga practice is accessible for everyone. If you are a beginner, this is a great chance to try something new from the comfort of your own home. If you have been practicing yoga for years, the moves can be tailored so that you get the most out of it.

Will I be seen?

Once the yoga starts all participants will be asked to turn their camera and sound off. Feel free to have your camera on at the start to say hello but even that’s up to you.

Do I need any equipment?

If you have a yoga mat, use it. If not a large towel or small rug will do. Please wear comfortable clothing i.e. nothing too restrictive. You should also consider where you will practice. This should be somewhere you won’t slip or put uncomfortable pressure on your knees.

How do I register to attend?

If you would like to attend the online yoga class please email jude@rsua.org.uk.
