Get ready for RSUA Awards 2016

It’s time to get thinking about which projects you will be entering into the RSUA Design Awards 2016.

The call for entries will be issued in January and the awards gala evening is scheduled for 26 May 2016.

To be entered for the 2016 Awards projects must have been completed between 1 March 2014 and 26 February 2016. For all but one category the projects must be in Northern Ireland.

A new RSUA Awards site has been launched which showcases the submissions from the last RSUA Awards held in 2014. Have a look at http://awards.rsua.org.uk/

The primary purpose of the RSUA Design Awards is to promote excellence in the design of our built environment with the view to making Northern Ireland a better place to be.

The awards reward architects and clients who aspire to and deliver excellence in design. They also showcase the positive impact of design excellence on society in Northern Ireland including its critical role in making NI a more attractive place for citizens, tourists, investors etc.

For 2016 there are a few changes under consideration so keep an eye out at the start of the year to see what awards you’ll be going for.
