Helping to shape the future of Derry

RSUA members in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area have been invited to help shape the future of their area by partaking in a Community Planning Workshop on 26 August 2015.

Community Planning is a significant new statutory power which has been given to District Councils as a result of local government reform. The plan will help shape the long term strategic direction for the City and Region.

RSUA encourages members to get involved with this process to ensure that architecture is at the forefront of these discussions in all district councils.

The Physical Regeneration and  Environment Thematic Group workshop in Derry will run from 9.30am – 4.00pm on Wednesday 26th August 2015 in the Harbour House, Board Room.

To reserve a place at the workshop contact Kerry Dunlop by email kerry.dunlop@derrycityandstrabanedistrict.com or phone 028 71 253253. Please also email Julia@rsua.org.uk so that RSUA is informed of who is representing the organisation at the workshop.
