On 15 March 2021 the RSUA Council met to transact the business facing the Society. Council received updates on a range of initiatives and work that RSUA undertakes on behalf of the profession.
In particular, Council agreed the RSUA Four Year Plan which covers the period 2021-2024 and sets out the objectives for the organisation in the coming years including how RSUA will promote the positive role of architecture and support the delivery of great architecture.
Council also agreed a specific paper on a Fee Payment Schedule, which will be circulated to all members shortly. RSUA Council discussed the approach to the Design Awards, pledged RSUA’s support for a housing specific outcome in the Programme for Government, considered future social and CPD events and noted the recent consultation responses by members.
