RSUA joins global architecture institutes to fight climate change

RSUA President Joan McCoy attended the RIBA International Presidents Roundtable on Climate Change alongside presidents from global architecture institutes and gave a presentation on RSUA action in the past year to mitigate the impact of climate change. The session was chaired by RIBA President Alan Jones.

The theme of the Roundtable is Climate Change Actions, and the objective was to bring all attendees to:

  • Discuss progress made and actions taken since the last meeting in February 2019
  • Consider ambitious but achievable ways in which we can collectively address the impact of the built environment on climate and ecological diversity
