The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking to construct a new 134 bed Acute Mental Health In-Patient Hospital on the Antrim Area Hospital site and undertake some other upgrades to the Trust’s estate. They are procuring a Major Works Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) Framework to deliver it.
The project value is around £18m over the four-year duration. The new hospital will replace two existing mental health facilities which are operated by the Trust at its Holywell and Causeway hospitals and considered no longer ‘fit for purpose’.
The closing date is 3 March 2021 and you can find out more detail here
