beoigh- Prints


Tom Cosgrove is an architect from Derry/Londonderry who started sharing his art online when lockdown began and he has had great success all over the world. On Twitter he soon gained a huge following of Irish speakers and learners. He now ships his prints all over the world.

Tom has named his illustration business “Beoigh”, the Irish verb for animate, freshen up, perk up. Beoigh’s prime objective is the promotion of the Irish language through representation in the medium of art.

Tom uses the Irish language in all his art. He aims to change the perception of the language to be inclusive, happy and fun, to attract moreĀ  people to get involved.
