Work In Progress

CAKM (Cooney Architects and Keys and Monaghan) were commissioned by Donegal and Cavan County Councils to work on visionary tourism schemes. They worked on two successful bids: Fort Dunree, former military base in Inishowen and an ambitious project for Cavan Burren/ Shannon Pot in the cross border UNESCO Geo Park.

TODD Architects have submitted a planning application for 780 new homes at Queen’s Island in the Titanic Quarter. The scheme is being delivered by Lacuna Developments and Watkin Jones Group in partnership with Titanic Quarter Limited and Belfast Harbour.

The Boyd Partnership Chartered Architects LLP have submitted plans for a £5m Community Hub building on the site of the former St Gemma’s School. The site was identified as a key regeneration/transformation site under the Urban Villages Strategic Framework for North Belfast.

The Hub, will be managed by the ABC Trust with support and funding from Urban Villages, Belfast City Council and the Flax Trust.
